Can I reserve a bike in person instead of online?
Walk-in reservations are always welcome; however, rentals are first come, first served. We cannot guarantee the availability of bike sizes and/or models as seen on our webpage. The best way to guarantee a reservation is to reserve a bike or equipment rental online in advance.
Are your rental bikes well-maintained and in good working order?
Yes. The backbone of our business is our bike workshop. We use a systematized and trackable maintenance schedule for all of our bikes. Furthermore, our float of rentals is renovated on an annual basis to guarantee the best possible experience for our riders.
Can I have my bike rental delivered to my hotel, lodge or AirBnb?
Bike pick-ups and drop-offs must be completed by he or she who assumes responsibility for the care of the bike during the rental period. No exceptions.
Can I pay in cash for my bike or equipment rental at pick-up?
All bike and equipment rentals will be processed via credit card.
